Before show day, there are just a couple of important things we’d like to highlight:

Please make sure you download your ticket to your phone or print a copy well before arriving at the showgrounds. Mobile internet coverage in the area is extremely limited on show day, and accessing tickets online may not be possible once you arrive.

Please note that all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. 

We recommend checking your ticket details ahead of time so entry on the day is as smooth as possible.

Bream Creek is the proud home of our annual one-day show held on the 3rd Saturday of March each year, welcoming over 5,000 visitors. From the Giant Pumpkin competition to the legendary Lawn Mower race, there’s truly something for everyone!

The Show Committee is hard at work planning an exciting 2026 event, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the BCS Committee, sponsors, volunteers, attractions, and patrons for their ongoing support.

The primary reason we collect your personal information is so that you can purchase tickets to an Event listed by a Seller on our Website. In addition we generally use your personal information for the following:

To enable you to become an IWT member and use the member area services.

To provide the Seller with your personal information so that you can access the Event.

So IWT and Sellers can review the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.

So that our service providers such as call centre operators, software contractors and email/sms broadcast providers can provide services to us.

To send you information about future marketing campaigns that we think you may be interested in from IWT or one of our marketing partners.

If you have elected to do so, so you can receive a customised e-newsletter from us.

If you purchase a ticket to a Seller's Event, the Seller may also send you information about their future events or special offers.

Opting Out - At any time, if you want to be removed from a Seller's database, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of an email sent to you by the Seller or contact them directly.

Once a Seller receives your personal information, that information is governed by the Seller’s privacy policy and we encourage you to make yourself familiar with that policy.

Who will see or have access to your personal information?

Unless we are required to provide your personal information to others by law, by court order or to investigate suspected fraud or other unlawful activity, your information will be seen or used by those parties listed above and such other parties as notified to you from time to time.

How do we collect the personal information?

We may collect the information in person, in writing, by telephone and by email but it will normally be via our Website.

You can log into the members' area at anytime and review your profile.
