Please note, the ticket price is $230 per person, which includes a $115 tax deductible donation to West Harbour Rugby Club Fund.

The West Harbour Rugby Club Fund supports one of the world’s oldest rugby clubs, originally formed as Burwood before becoming Western Suburbs in 1900 and later adopting the West Harbour Pirates identity in 1995. As the peak rugby organisation for Sydney’s western suburbs, the club delivers semi-professional Shute Shield and junior rugby programs across a large district spanning from Petersham to Auburn and from the Parramatta River to Campsie. Funds raised help support more than 400 junior and senior players through coaching, player development, facilities, equipment and community rugby participation initiatives.

Your tax-deductible donation to the West Harbour Rugby Club Fund is administered by the Australian Sports Foundation (ASF). By making this voluntary donation you agree to the ASF’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy found at

The primary reason we collect your personal information is so that you can purchase tickets to an Event listed by a Seller on our Website. In addition we generally use your personal information for the following:

To provide technical support if you have a problem using our Website.

To enable you to become an IWT member and use the member area services.

To provide the Seller with your personal information so that you can access the Event.

So IWT and Sellers can review the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.

So that our service providers such as call centre operators, software contractors and email/sms broadcast providers can provide services to us.

To send you information about future marketing campaigns that we think you may be interested in from IWT or one of our marketing partners.

If you have elected to do so, so you can receive a customised e-newsletter from us.

If you purchase a ticket to a Seller's Event, the Seller may also send you information about their future events or special offers.

Opting Out - At any time, if you want to be removed from a Seller's database, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of an email sent to you by the Seller or contact them directly.

Once a Seller receives your personal information, that information is governed by the Seller’s privacy policy and we encourage you to make yourself familiar with that policy.

Who will see or have access to your personal information?

Unless we are required to provide your personal information to others by law, by court order or to investigate suspected fraud or other unlawful activity, your information will be seen or used by those parties listed above and such other parties as notified to you from time to time.

How do we collect the personal information?

We may collect the information in person, in writing, by telephone and by email but it will normally be via our Website.

Our information systems and files are kept secured from unauthorised access and our staff and contracted agents, service providers and Sellers have been informed of the importance we place on protecting your privacy and their role in helping us to do so.

Collection of information other than personal information

You can log into the members' area at anytime and review your profile. Subject to any legal restrictions we would be happy to advise you about any other personal information we may hold about you if you request this.
