Important: your barcode will appear 72 hours before the event

The barcodes on your tickets will be hidden until 72 hours before the event. Please don't print a physical copy of your ticket until then, as a ticket printed before the barcode is released can't be scanned at entry.

If you add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, it will update automatically with your barcode once it's released, so there's nothing more you need to do.

New Year's Eve 2026 – North Sydney Council

03:00pm – 12:30am (gates close at 9:00pm, all ticketholders must be inside by then)

 Children aged 2 and under go free. Children aged 3 and above require a full-price ticket.

 Accessible toilets, food for sale, attendees permitted to bring food, drinking water stations available

 Nearest stations are North Sydney and Victoria Cross Metro. Limited ferries will depart from McMahons Point after 1am. 

 No glass, drones, camping gear including tents, beanbags, mattresses, inflatable furniture, bikes, scooters, skateboards, footballs, frisbees, smoking/vaping, busking equipment, pets, food delivery services (e.g. Uber), cheese knives or sharp objects, alcohol, weapons, fireworks, sparklers, strobe lights, flares, lasers or laser pointers, dangerous or flammable goods. NO MARQUEES OR BEACH CABANAS.

Will be conducted when attendees enter the site. Any restricted items will be confiscated and disposed of.

Only ticketholders may enter this vantage point. There will be no re-entry permitted after exiting the site (i.e. no pass-outs). All ticketholders must arrive prior to 9pm, at which time entry gates will be closed and no further access will be permitted due to crowd safety protocols.. No ticket sales at the gate, all purchases to be made prior.

To enable you to become an IWT member and use the member area services.

To provide the Seller with your personal information so that you can access the Event.

So IWT and Sellers can review the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.

So that our service providers such as call centre operators, software contractors and email/sms broadcast providers can provide services to us.

To send you information about future marketing campaigns that we think you may be interested in from IWT or one of our marketing partners.

If you have elected to do so, so you can receive a customised e-newsletter from us.

If you purchase a ticket to a Seller's Event, the Seller may also send you information about their future events or special offers.

Once a Seller receives your personal information, that information is governed by the Seller’s privacy policy and we encourage you to make yourself familiar with that policy.
