The festival offers an array of camping options. Powered Sites, Unpowered Sites and Glamping Tents.

Camping sites are at the festival site and the Glamping Tents are 600m from the festival site. 

 - we have a small number of accessible camping sites available, please email events@flinders.qld.gov.au for more information and bookings.

 - $120.00 per site for 3 nights, Friday 1 May - Sunday 3 May 2026. (Max. 4 adults per site)

 - $80.00 per site for 3 nights, Friday 1 May - Sunday 3 May 2026. (Max. 4 adults per site). Note: Specific unpowered camping sites cannot be reserved in advance. Your site will be allocated in one of our designated areas upon arrival.

After selecting your Powered or Unpowered site, you can add 1 additional night (total 4 nights) on either Thursday 30 April 2026 or Monday 4 May 2026, additional costs apply (ranging $22.00 - $30.00 per site)

Payment details so that we can remit ticket sales proceeds from your Event to you.

The primary reason we collect your personal information is so that you can purchase tickets to an Event listed by a Seller on our Website. In addition we generally use your personal information for the following:

To personalise and customise your experiences on our Website.

To provide technical support if you have a problem using our Website.

To enable you to become an IWT member and use the member area services.

To provide the Seller with your personal information so that you can access the Event.

So IWT and Sellers can review the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.

So that our service providers such as call centre operators, software contractors and email/sms broadcast providers can provide services to us.

To send you information about future marketing campaigns that we think you may be interested in from IWT or one of our marketing partners.

If you have elected to do so, so you can receive a customised e-newsletter from us.

If you purchase a ticket to a Seller's Event, the Seller may also send you information about their future events or special offers.

Opting Out - At any time, if you want to be removed from a Seller's database, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of an email sent to you by the Seller or contact them directly.

Once a Seller receives your personal information, that information is governed by the Seller’s privacy policy and we encourage you to make yourself familiar with that policy.

Who will see or have access to your personal information?

Unless we are required to provide your personal information to others by law, by court order or to investigate suspected fraud or other unlawful activity, your information will be seen or used by those parties listed above and such other parties as notified to you from time to time.

How do we collect the personal information?

We may collect the information in person, in writing, by telephone and by email but it will normally be via our Website.

Our information systems and files are kept secured from unauthorised access and our staff and contracted agents, service providers and Sellers have been informed of the importance we place on protecting your privacy and their role in helping us to do so.

Collection of information other than personal information

IWT uses cookies to save your username and password so that you don't have to re-enter them each time you visit a page on our Website. Like most standard web site servers we use log files. These files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. We use log files to analyse trends, administer IWT, track users' movement in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. You can log into the members' area at anytime and review your profile. Subject to any legal restrictions we would be happy to advise you about any other personal information we may hold about you if you request this. If your request is particularly complex or requires detailed searching of our records, there may be a cost to you in order for us to provide this information.

If you believe there are errors in our records about you, please let us know and we will be happy to investigate and correct any inaccuracies.
