There’s plenty of room for caravans, tents, buses and your swag. Buy your Camp tickets on this page. Shared toilets are available, but if you want a shower, you’ll need to bring your own. Camping: Up to 4 Nights (Thursday 12noon to Monday 12noon)

We have introduced a **NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT BAN** In the campgrounds for the safety of all Patrons, please make sure you come prepared with food, water, personal items and medications etc, as vehicles CANNOT be started or moved once you have set up camp.

BYO Water - Drinking Water Availability
Drinking water is not available in the camping area (there are toilets). We recommend you bring a big 10L bottle of fresh / drinking water for camping. 600ml bottles of water are also available at the rodeo (and from food vans).

Competitors/Rodeo Entries
We’ll post the details for rodeo entries closer to the date. Rodeo competitors get free entry +1 to the rodeo. Rodeo competitors get free camping in the competitors camping area only (fees apply to general camping areas)
Alcohol
The rodeo arena is a fully licensed venue so no BYO. Camping alcohol restrictions apply, please check website and socials for updates.
Camp Fires
Subject to Shire Council approval, check website and socials for updates.
Food, Entertainment & Market Stalls
For the most up to date information on who’ll be at the event, we suggest you head to the Double Barrel Entertainment Facebook Page and make sure to like us. If you’re not on social media, we’ll be updating the page as we finalise details. But we can tell you that food and clothing stalls will be available on site.
Music
We suggest you head to our Facebook page where we’ll announce this year’s music line-up as they come on board.
EFTPOS
EFTPOS facilities are available at the bar and for some of the food vans, market stalls etc. However, we suggest you bring cash with you as well as the machines can sometimes drop out.
Pets
For the safety of everybody concerned, no pets (other than trained service animals) are to be bought onto the campsite. We appreciate they’re a part of your family, but our livestock is part of ours and unfortunately, due to past experiences, we have to say no to all other animals. That includes sweet little Fido who never leaves your side – he’ll need to find another home for the weekend.
