On the Monday before our Getaway there will be an online pre-trip information session at 7pm to help us prepare more thoroughly in light of the weather forecast. It is best to attend the event live so you can ask questions, but it will be recorded for those who can't make it (attendance is optional). Access details will be sent in due course.

We cater with enough quantity to ensure no one goes hungry; however, parents and children are welcome to supplement our menu with their own food to suit personal preferences.

The sun, wind and rain might be what makes this adventure a transformative and memorable one. Hyperthermia, bushfires and flash flooding will also make it memorable for all the wrong reasons.

While we won't necessarily cancel the adventure it the weather looks challenging, we'll need to alter or postpone it if we can't adequately manage the risks. The forecast and options will be discussed in the online pre-trip information session the Monday prior.

Our weekends cost $850. We've received your deposit of $50 which leaves an outstanding amount of $800. We ask that this outstanding amount be paid via electronic funds transfer into our bank account 14 days prior to the event.

If you purchase a ticket to a Seller's Event, the Seller may also send you information about their future events or special offers.
