We want Horsham RegFest to be an enjoyable and accessible event for all patrons.
Venue Access
Horsham City Oval is predominantly a flat grass venue.
Patrons using wheelchairs, mobility aids or requiring additional assistance are welcome to attend.
Accessible toilet facilities will be available at the event.
We will endeavour to provide convenient access for patrons with limited mobility. As this is an outdoor event on a grass surface, conditions may vary depending on the weather.
🎟️ Companion Card Tickets
RegFest recognises that some patrons require the assistance of a full-time carer or companion to attend the festival.
Eligible Companion Card holders can request one complimentary ticket for their registered companion/carer.
How to request a Companion Ticket:
1. Purchase the required festival ticket for the Companion Card holder.
2. Email info@eventpeople.com.au.
3. Include your ticket order confirmation or proof of purchase.
4. Attach a copy/photo of the valid Companion Card.
5. Our team will arrange the complimentary companion ticket.
The Companion Card holder must be attending the event.
We recommend arranging your Companion Ticket before event day.
