


Season x Ten Minutes by Tractor
In collaboration with Ten Minutes by Tractor, this four-course experience brings the character and craftsmanship of the Mornington Peninsula to the Noosa table. Hosted by winery owner Martin Spedding, and complemented by Darren Patterson and Paul Jackson of Gathered Wine, the afternoon offers rare insight, storytelling and a deeper appreciation of one of Australia’s most respected estates.
Season Head Chef Andrew Tomlin will present a European-inspired menu guided by the season, refined, produce-driven dishes thoughtfully designed to complement and elevate each pour. Every course will be paired with a matched wine, showcasing the elegance, structure and expressive nature of cool-climate varietals.
Adding a playful twist to the afternoon, a mystery wine will also be poured, inviting guests to taste, compare and uncover its identity.
