Our RV Bookings Office business hours are 9am – 4pm. If you are planning to arrive outside of business hours, please ensure you call during office hours to book in.

Stables, horse yards and cattle yards are available, Dogs are welcome if friendly, restrained within your site and cleaned up after.

Horse Health Dec/Biosecurity forms will need to be completed upon arrival.

Dump Point is privately owned by the showgrounds, it is NOT a free public dump point.

Fire Pits need to be off the ground and under 2mx2m

To send you information about future marketing campaigns that we think you may be interested in from IWT or one of our marketing partners.

If you purchase a ticket to a Seller's Event, the Seller may also send you information about their future events or special offers.

Once a Seller receives your personal information, that information is governed by the Seller’s privacy policy and we encourage you to make yourself familiar with that policy.
