The Cabonne Community Glow is the signature event of the Canowindra International Balloon Challenge.  The Cabonne Community Glow is an amazing family friendly spectacle and should not be missed and will take place on 24 April 2027.

To be held at the Canowindra Sports Oval, the 2027 event will be headlined by hot air balloons which will inflate just after sunset and then light up like giant 20 metre high lightbulbs and then synchronise their lights to a mix of the best music over the last 20 years.  It is a spectacle you will never forget.

Note: There are no dogs allowed at the Canowindra Sports Complex and therefore the Community Glow.

To enable you to become an IWT member and use the member area services.

So IWT and Sellers can review the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.

So that our service providers such as call centre operators, software contractors and email/sms broadcast providers can provide services to us.

To send you information about future marketing campaigns that we think you may be interested in from IWT or one of our marketing partners.

If you have elected to do so, so you can receive a customised e-newsletter from us.

If you purchase a ticket to a Seller's Event, the Seller may also send you information about their future events or special offers.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject anyone who does not comply with the organizers of the event. Proof of purchase is required at the time of entry to the event.

No refunds on change of mind. This is an all weather event and no refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled. 

Balloon envelopes may not be deployed if weather conditions aren't right. However they will still do a basket burn for your entertainment.

Upon booking, your are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Canowindra Challenge Inc.

All stallholders must supply a copy of their Public Liability Insurance, of a minimum of $20 million, with Cabonne Shire Council and Canowindra Challenge Inc listed as interested parties.

Food Stall holders (including home made cookies) must supply a copy of their Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

Vendors selling alochol will need to ensure all workers present their RSA card to authorised rangers, management and personnel. 

If you are a food stall holder who works out of a food van or vehicle/trailer, you must also hold a Temporary Food Permit with the Cabonne Shire Council.

All documentation is to be uploaded at the time of booking.
