Payment details so that we can remit ticket sales proceeds from your Event to you.

The primary reason we collect your personal information is so that you can purchase tickets to an Event listed by a Seller on our Website. In addition we generally use your personal information for the following:

To personalise and customise your experiences on our Website.

To provide technical support if you have a problem using our Website.

To enable you to become an IWT member and use the member area services.

To provide the Seller with your personal information so that you can access the Event.

So IWT and Sellers can review the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.

So that our service providers such as call centre operators, software contractors and email/sms broadcast providers can provide services to us.

To send you information about future marketing campaigns that we think you may be interested in from IWT or one of our marketing partners.

If you have elected to do so, so you can receive a customised e-newsletter from us.

If you purchase a ticket to a Seller's Event, the Seller may also send you information about their future events or special offers.

Opting Out - At any time, if you want to be removed from a Seller's database, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of an email sent to you by the Seller or contact them directly.

Once a Seller receives your personal information, that information is governed by the Seller’s privacy policy and we encourage you to make yourself familiar with that policy.

Who will see or have access to your personal information?

Unless we are required to provide your personal information to others by law, by court order or to investigate suspected fraud or other unlawful activity, your information will be seen or used by those parties listed above and such other parties as notified to you from time to time.

How do we collect the personal information?

We may collect the information in person, in writing, by telephone and by email but it will normally be via our Website.

Our information systems and files are kept secured from unauthorised access and our staff and contracted agents, service providers and Sellers have been informed of the importance we place on protecting your privacy and their role in helping us to do so.

Collection of information other than personal information

Cookies are set and saved on your computer's hard drive and do not collect any personal information about you from your computer. IWT uses cookies to save your username and password so that you don't have to re-enter them each time you visit a page on our Website. If you disable cookies, you may not be able to access all areas of our Website and properly use IWT as a member or be able to buy a ticket.

Like most standard web site servers we use log files. These files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. We use log files to analyse trends, administer IWT, track users' movement in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Information in log files is not linked to any personal identifiers, except where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse of the web site and associated systems.

What if I want to check what personal information you hold about me?

You can log into the members' area at anytime and review your profile. Subject to any legal restrictions we would be happy to advise you about any other personal information we may hold about you if you request this. If your request is particularly complex or requires detailed searching of our records, there may be a cost to you in order for us to provide this information.

If you believe there are errors in our records about you, please let us know and we will be happy to investigate and correct any inaccuracies.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject anyone who does not comply with the organizers of the event. Proof of purchase is required at the time of entry to the event.

No refunds on change of mind. This is an all weather event and no refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled. 

Balloon envelopes may not be deployed if weather conditions aren't right. However they will still do a basket burn for your entertainment.

Upon booking, your are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Canowindra Challenge Inc.

All stallholders must supply a copy of their Public Liability Insurance, of a minimum of $20 million, with Cabonne Shire Council and Canowindra Challenge Inc listed as interested parties.

Food Stall holders (including home made cookies) must supply a copy of their Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

Vendors selling alochol will need to ensure all workers present their RSA card to authorised rangers, management and personnel. 

If you are a food stall holder who works out of a food van or vehicle/trailer, you must also hold a Temporary Food Permit with the Cabonne Shire Council.

All documentation is to be uploaded at the time of booking.
