Newcastle & Hunter Rugby Union is giving local businesses the opportunity to feature on our 2026 Men’s and Women’s Representative Team kits through a limited Jersey Sponsorship Raffle.

Only 20 tickets are available at $1,100 each.

Each ticket gives your business the chance to secure premium on-field branding - including front-of-jersey, shoulders and shorts placements. The Men’s and Women’s kits will feature different sponsors, and businesses that purchase multiple tickets increase their opportunity to appear on both.

This is more than a raffle. It’s a high-visibility partnership supporting community rugby at the highest country level.

The 2026 Country Championships will be streamed live through NSW Rugby TV on 16–17 May, delivering extended exposure beyond the field

To send you information about future marketing campaigns that we think you may be interested in from IWT or one of our marketing partners.

If you have elected to do so, so you can receive a customised e-newsletter from us.

If you purchase a ticket to a Seller's Event, the Seller may also send you information about their future events or special offers.

Opting Out - At any time, if you want to be removed from a Seller's database, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of an email sent to you by the Seller or contact them directly.

Once a Seller receives your personal information, that information is governed by the Seller’s privacy policy and we encourage you to make yourself familiar with that policy.

Who will see or have access to your personal information?

Unless we are required to provide your personal information to others by law, by court order or to investigate suspected fraud or other unlawful activity, your information will be seen or used by those parties listed above and such other parties as notified to you from time to time.

How do we collect the personal information?

By purchasing or using this ticket, the holder agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Admission is subject to the directions of Hunter Rugby Union, venue management, security personnel and event staff.

This ticket is valid only for the event, date and venue specified.

Hunter Rugby reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, offensive, intoxicated or disruptive, without refund.

Tickets are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law or if the event is cancelled by Hunter Rugby.

The event may be postponed, rescheduled or relocated due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather, ground conditions or directions from governing authorities.

Entry is at the ticket holder's own risk. Hunter Rugby Union accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or theft suffered at or in connection with the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Spectators acknowledge that rugby is a contact sport and accept the inherent risks associated with attending a live sporting event.

By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded. Images and recordings may be used by Hunter Rugby Union and its partners for promotional, marketing and media purposes without compensation.

No alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, glass containers or other prohibited items may be brought into the venue.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Any person entering the field of play or restricted areas without authorisation may be removed from the venue and referred to the appropriate authorities.

Hunter Rugby Union reserves the right to amend these conditions without notice where necessary for the safe and successful conduct of the event.
