Hunter Rugby Awards Night – Ticket Disclaimer & Terms
By purchasing a ticket to the Hunter Rugby Awards Night, the ticket holder agrees to the following terms and conditions:
This ticket provides entry to the Hunter Rugby Awards Night on the date, time and venue specified on the ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or at the discretion of Hunter Rugby Union.
Tickets must be presented upon arrival. Hunter Rugby reserves the right to refuse entry where a ticket cannot be validated.
Hunter Rugby reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive, offensive, unsafe or unlawful.
Guests must comply with all reasonable directions from Hunter Rugby representatives, venue management, security personnel and event staff.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements apply. Alcohol will not be served to minors or intoxicated persons, and guests may be asked to provide valid identification.
No outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons or other prohibited items are permitted within the venue.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Hunter Rugby accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.
Attendance is at the ticket holder's own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Hunter Rugby Union accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from attendance at the event, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
The event program, speakers, entertainment and timings are subject to change without notice.
In the event the Awards Night is cancelled or rescheduled, Hunter Rugby will provide information regarding ticket arrangements. Any refund or transfer will be dealt with in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.
By attending the event, guests acknowledge that photography, video and audio recording may take place. Hunter Rugby may use images or recordings of attendees for promotional, marketing, social media, website and sponsorship purposes.
Guests must not enter restricted or staff-only areas or interfere with event operations.
Hunter Rugby reserves the right to amend these conditions where reasonably necessary to ensure the safe and successful conduct of the event.
