Hunter Rugby Finals Series – Ticket Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or using this ticket, the holder agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Admission is subject to the directions of Hunter Rugby Union, venue management, security personnel and event staff.
This ticket is valid only for the event, date and venue specified.
Hunter Rugby reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, offensive, intoxicated or disruptive, without refund.
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law or if the event is cancelled by Hunter Rugby.
The event may be postponed, rescheduled or relocated due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather, ground conditions or directions from governing authorities.
Entry is at the ticket holder's own risk. Hunter Rugby Union accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or theft suffered at or in connection with the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Spectators acknowledge that rugby is a contact sport and accept the inherent risks associated with attending a live sporting event.
By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded. Images and recordings may be used by Hunter Rugby Union and its partners for promotional, marketing and media purposes without compensation.
No alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, glass containers or other prohibited items may be brought into the venue.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Any person entering the field of play or restricted areas without authorisation may be removed from the venue and referred to the appropriate authorities.
Hunter Rugby Union reserves the right to amend these conditions without notice where necessary for the safe and successful conduct of the event.
