The SA Cutlers Expo (previously Adelaide Knife Show) is South Australia’s largest annual knife event established to showcase the work of top Australian Artisan makers, knifemaking courses, suppliers and demonstrations from blacksmiths, re-enactors and more.

Over 2 days, at the Torrens Parade Ground in the heart of the city, the SA Cutlers Expo is dedicated to putting makers and their creations in front of people, celebrating the craft and art of Artisan knifemaking.
