It invites audiences to look beyond the glass - to meet the makers, hear their stories, and truly appreciate the craft behind every drop. Because it’s not just about what we drink; it’s about the passion, creativity, and collaboration that bring it to life.
Tasting Sessions:
➢ Trade & Media: 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM
➢ Consumer Sessions: 12:30 – 2:30 PM | 3:00 – 5:00 PM | 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Each session is capped to around 250 attendees for comfort and quality, ensuring steady energy throughout the day.
Exhibitors remain set up all day, with short breaks provided between sessions. Exhibitors are responsible for their own food and refreshments.

Booth Fees:
- Early-bird rate: $795 (inclusive of gst) - until 13 December 2025, 50% booking deposit with balance due 13 December 2025.
- Standard rate there-after: $895 (inclusive of gst)
Each package is built for simplicity and value:
• Booth space (2×3m) with trestle table and linen (if required)
• 240 V power (outlets along wall positions and select centre-floor
access points) plus Wi-Fi
• Unlimited ice supply
• Two exhibitor passes (valid for all sessions)
• Marketing exposure through website, social media, and digital
features
• NSW sales rights under Trade Fair Licence
• On-site support and bump-in/out assistance
