Terms & Conditions – The Big Drink Show
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending The Big Drink Show, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Ticketing & Entry
• All attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.
• The event is strictly 18+. Minors are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Valid photo identification may be required for entry and alcohol service.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry in accordance with licensing laws.
2. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• The event operates under NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines.
• Alcohol samples are served in small, controlled portions for tasting purposes only.
• Alcohol will not be served to minors or intoxicated persons.
• Event staff and exhibitors reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
• Guests deemed intoxicated, disorderly, or abusive may be refused entry or removed without refund.
• Alcohol samples must be consumed on-site and may not be removed from the venue.
• Complimentary water stations are available throughout the event.
3. Refunds & Transfers
• Tickets are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person should the ticket holder be unable to attend.
• Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance or removal due to RSA or behavioural breaches.
4. Event Changes
• The organiser reserves the right to modify event details where necessary.
• Exhibitor line-ups, features, sessions, and schedules are subject to change without notice.
• No refunds will be issued due to exhibitor or program changes.
5. Health & Safety
• Attendees must follow all reasonable directions from event staff and security.
• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
• To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event.
6. Bottle Purchases
• Sealed bottles may be purchased from licensed exhibitors.
• Bottles must remain sealed while inside the venue.
• Purchases are removed from the venue at the owner’s risk.
7. Photography & Videography
By attending the event, you acknowledge that:
• Photography and videography may occur.
• Images and footage may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
• If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify staff upon entry.
8. Behaviour & Conduct
• Guests must behave responsibly and respectfully.
• The organiser reserves the right to remove any person breaching these Terms & Conditions without refund.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Ticket purchase and event attendance indicate acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
