At this unique whisky blending masterclass, you will be supplied with barrel samples from the Amber Lane warehouse, and with the assistance of Amber Lane’s cellar master Rod Berry, create your very own 50mL blend of this champion whisky to take home!
Summer Drinks with Ester Spirits: 4.00pm - 4.45pm (Price: $25.00)
Summer Drinks with Ester Spirits is a guided tasting and masterclass built around our award-winning Old Tom Gin, which took out Gold and Best in Show at the Australian Gin Awards 2025. Join Felix, co-founder and head distiller at Ester, as we explore the gin itself alongside a selection of cocktails and a house-made liqueur, all tied to Old Tom and designed with warm weather and good hosting in mind.
