General terms and conditions of
Bowen River Rodeo & Campdraft
- NO Open Fires – all fires must be contained in a fire pit
- NO Glass – This is a no glass event
- NO ID – No Entry into Bars
- DOGS – Dogs must be restrained at all times
- Toilets and Showers available on grounds
- Limited Service – ATM’S Available on site to get cash out
- Food and Drink stalls are available on the grounds
- Canteen operating throughout the weekend
- Fishing shirts will be available at the Buck Off Melanoma stall and Drink ticket box
- Please be mindful/respectful of noise level as this is a family friendly event
- Police present on grounds all weekend
- No Drink Driving
- No Reving of Vehicles as there is plenty of stock located on grounds all weekend
- Competitors please be mindful of not pegging out excessive horse yards.
- All Children 17 Years and under must be accompanied by an Adult.
- Pensioners/Disabled Ticket holders must provide valid Card/proof of ID at the Gate.
- Abusive and unruly behavior will not be tolerated and may be evicted from the grounds
- Any power or extension cords found plugged into venue amenities will be removed.
- No refunds for change of mind or unless event is cancelled, tickets can be transferred (click here to read more(opens in a new tab))
