To enable you to become an IWT member and use the member area services.

To provide the Seller with your personal information so that you can access the Event.

So IWT and Sellers can review the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.

So that our service providers such as call centre operators, software contractors and email/sms broadcast providers can provide services to us.

To send you information about future marketing campaigns that we think you may be interested in from IWT or one of our marketing partners.

If you have elected to do so, so you can receive a customised e-newsletter from us.

If you purchase a ticket to a Seller's Event, the Seller may also send you information about their future events or special offers.

Opting Out - At any time, if you want to be removed from a Seller's database, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of an email sent to you by the Seller or contact them directly.

Once a Seller receives your personal information, that information is governed by the Seller’s privacy policy and we encourage you to make yourself familiar with that policy.

Who will see or have access to your personal information?

Unless we are required to provide your personal information to others by law, by court order or to investigate suspected fraud or other unlawful activity, your information will be seen or used by those parties listed above and such other parties as notified to you from time to time.

How do we collect the personal information?

We may collect the information in person, in writing, by telephone and by email but it will normally be via our Website.

Collection of information other than personal information

IWT uses cookies to save your username and password so that you don't have to re-enter them each time you visit a page on our Website. Like most standard web site servers we use log files. These files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. We use log files to analyse trends, administer IWT, track users' movement in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. You can log into the members' area at anytime and review your profile. Subject to any legal restrictions we would be happy to advise you about any other personal information we may hold about you if you request this. Terms & Conditions – Important Information for Muster Attendees

​While ID is not required for general entry to the Music Park, attendees may be asked to present identification in certain areas or situations.

18+ Patrons – Valid photo ID (Australian driver’s licence, passport, or proof of age card) may be required to access licensed bar areas or to verify age if requested by staff.

Under 18s – Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

For safety and comfort, alcohol, animals, glass, illegal substances, large umbrellas, and items that could be used as weapons are not permitted.

All tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a full cancellation, which is at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser. 

Attendance is at your own risk; please exercise caution and stay safe.

We are committed to a plastic-free environment. Please bring reusable water bottles to fill at free drinking stations and dispose of all waste responsibly.

Fires, flares, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. 

Excessive drinking, illegal drug use, or antisocial behaviour will result in removal from the event and may involve law enforcement. 

Wristbands are non-transferable, must be worn at all times, and cannot be replaced if lost. 

Moshing, crowd surfing, stage diving, and climbing are prohibited due to safety risks. The Event Organiser assumes no liability for injuries from such activities.

Attendees displaying motorcycle gang colours, patches, or insignia will not be permitted entry. 

The event will proceed in all weather conditions. 

Artists may be subject to change without notice, and refunds are not provided for line-up adjustments.

A clear view of the stage cannot be guaranteed; we recommend arriving early.

Help us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment by using appropriate waste bins.

Please arrive and depart quietly, out of respect for our local community.
