The primary reason we collect your personal information is so that you can purchase tickets to an Event listed by a Seller on our Website. In addition we generally use your personal information for the following:

To provide technical support if you have a problem using our Website.

To enable you to become an IWT member and use the member area services.

To provide the Seller with your personal information so that you can access the Event.

So IWT and Sellers can review the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.

So that our service providers such as call centre operators, software contractors and email/sms broadcast providers can provide services to us.

To send you information about future marketing campaigns that we think you may be interested in from IWT or one of our marketing partners.

If you have elected to do so, so you can receive a customised e-newsletter from us.

If you purchase a ticket to a Seller's Event, the Seller may also send you information about their future events or special offers.

Opting Out - At any time, if you want to be removed from a Seller's database, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of an email sent to you by the Seller or contact them directly.

Once a Seller receives your personal information, that information is governed by the Seller’s privacy policy and we encourage you to make yourself familiar with that policy.

Who will see or have access to your personal information?

Unless we are required to provide your personal information to others by law, by court order or to investigate suspected fraud or other unlawful activity, your information will be seen or used by those parties listed above and such other parties as notified to you from time to time.

How do we collect the personal information?

We may collect the information in person, in writing, by telephone and by email but it will normally be via our Website.

Our information systems and files are kept secured from unauthorised access and our staff and contracted agents, service providers and Sellers have been informed of the importance we place on protecting your privacy and their role in helping us to do so.

Collection of information other than personal information

Cookies are set and saved on your computer's hard drive and do not collect any personal information about you from your computer. IWT uses cookies to save your username and password so that you don't have to re-enter them each time you visit a page on our Website. Advertisers on IWT and any other third party that we allow to post material on our Website may use cookies in connection with clicking on or accessing their material (for example, if you click on display advertising, you may activate a cookie). Like most standard web site servers we use log files. These files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. We use log files to analyse trends, administer IWT, track users' movement in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Information in log files is not linked to any personal identifiers, except where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse of the web site and associated systems.

You can log into the members' area at anytime and review your profile. Subject to any legal restrictions we would be happy to advise you about any other personal information we may hold about you if you request this. If your request is particularly complex or requires detailed searching of our records, there may be a cost to you in order for us to provide this information.

If you believe there are errors in our records about you, please let us know and we will be happy to investigate and correct any inaccuracies.

By purchasing your ticket, you have acknowledged that you have read, understood and accepted these. We encourage you to share these with other members of your party to ensure a safe and enjoyable event. 


All public Catalina events depart from Catalina Jetty – 172 Gympie Terrace, Noosaville QLD. 

Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure and closes strictly at departure time. Late arrivals may not be boarded. 

Catalina operates in most weather conditions. Any changes to your booking, including those due to weather or operational changes, will be communicated via email. Please check your email before boarding for the latest updates. 

On rare occasions, cruises may be extended or concluded earlier than scheduled at the discretion of the Skipper. Safety and timely boarding and disembarking always take priority. 

Guest names must match ID for manifest and licensing compliance. To update your ticket details, use the link provided in your confirmation email from IWannaTicket.

Tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of the event. 

If you cancel more than 14 days in advance, a credit may be issued at Catalina’s discretion. 

No refunds or credits will be issued within 24 hours of departure or after the event has taken place. 

Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. 

All public events are strictly 18+. Minors, including infants, are not permitted. 

If you appear under 25, valid photo ID is required. Digital IDs must be accompanied by a secondary form of ID. 

No rubber thongs (leather/sandal-style thongs accepted) No high stilettos (low-mid heels accepted) 

No torn, soiled, or excessively worn clothing 

No gang-related or offensive logos or tattoos 

No dress-up or themed outfits (including bridal sashes, hats, or sunglasses) 

Guests not complying with dress code may be refused entry at the discretion of Catalina security. 

6. Food, Beverage & Dietary Requirements 

Catalina is a fully licensed venue. No BYO food, alcohol, or cakes is permitted.

Guests attempting to bring alcohol aboard will be refused entry. 

Please notify us of any severe allergies or dietary requirements before boarding via your confirmation email. 

Catalina reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest engaging in: 

Intoxication or likely intoxication (drugs or alcohol) 

Disrespect towards the vessel, crew, or other guests 

Please be mindful of our neighbours when boarding and disembarking by keeping noise to a minimum. 

Catalina is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Guests observed smoking or vaping will be asked to disembark immediately.

Catalina Noosa may film or photograph events for promotional or security purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, or voice in marketing or archival content. 

All passengers travel at their own risk. 

Saltwater Noosa Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred while boarding, onboard, or disembarking. By attending, guests accept and agree to all terms outlined herein.
