The primary reason we collect your personal information is so that you can purchase tickets to an Event listed by a Seller on our Website. In addition we generally use your personal information for the following:

To enable you to become an IWT member and use the member area services.

To provide the Seller with your personal information so that you can access the Event.

So IWT and Sellers can review the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.

So that our service providers such as call centre operators, software contractors and email/sms broadcast providers can provide services to us.

To send you information about future marketing campaigns that we think you may be interested in from IWT or one of our marketing partners.

If you have elected to do so, so you can receive a customised e-newsletter from us.

If you purchase a ticket to a Seller's Event, the Seller may also send you information about their future events or special offers.

Opting Out - At any time, if you want to be removed from a Seller's database, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of an email sent to you by the Seller or contact them directly.

Once a Seller receives your personal information, that information is governed by the Seller’s privacy policy and we encourage you to make yourself familiar with that policy.

Who will see or have access to your personal information?

Unless we are required to provide your personal information to others by law, by court order or to investigate suspected fraud or other unlawful activity, your information will be seen or used by those parties listed above and such other parties as notified to you from time to time.

How do we collect the personal information?

We may collect the information in person, in writing, by telephone and by email but it will normally be via our Website.

Collection of information other than personal information

IWT uses cookies to save your username and password so that you don't have to re-enter them each time you visit a page on our Website. Like most standard web site servers we use log files. We use log files to analyse trends, administer IWT, track users' movement in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. You can log into the members' area at anytime and review your profile. Subject to any legal restrictions we would be happy to advise you about any other personal information we may hold about you if you request this. Melba’s Rooftop Premium Experience Tickets gain you access to Melba’s Rooftop on Level 3 only.

This event is strictly for those 18 years and over. A valid form of photo identification must be presented as proof of age upon entry with your ticket. The three valid forms of evidence of age under the NSW liquor laws:

- Entry to the venue and service of alcohol is subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation. Persons removed from or refused entry to the venue will not be eligible for ticket refunds.

- Standard smart casual dress code applies and entry is at the discretion of management. Shoes must be worn at all times.

- The event will be proceeding rain, hail or shine.

- Artist line-up and schedule are subject to change.

- Ticket sale is final - no refunds or exchanges are available.

- Ticket security is the responsibility of the purchaser.

- Tickets cannot be replaced by the venue if lost, stolen or duplicated and misused.

- Ticket holders may reissue their own PDF tickets online prior to the event if misplaced.

- Please note that each ticket is valid for single entry, only the first use of any duplicated tickets will be honoured.

- We strongly suggest that you arrive at Cruise Bar early to avoid disappointment as access to the precinct may be closed off by authorities after a certain time. 

- Cruise Bar cannot be held responsible should you not be able to gain access to the venue as this is out of Cruise Bar's control.

- Entry Point via Gate TBC, near Four Seasons Hotel, 199 George Street, Sydney, then traversing to Gate TBC to access the Overseas Passenger Terminal.
