TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Tickets are issued for use at the Mt Gravatt Show.
2. In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided to patrons who have purchased tickets for the cancelled event (excluding fees).
3. Operation of attractions may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance issues.
4. Mt Gravatt AH&I Society reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, displays, exhibitions and attractions and/or vary advertised programs.
5. Mt Gravatt AH&I Society prohibits the use of professional cameras, audio and video recorders unless arranged with the society prior to the event.
6. Mt Gravatt AH&I Society reserves the right to inspect all bags and containers being brought onto the premises and refuse entry to person(s) carrying a prohibited item or an item deemed dangerous.
7. Mt Gravatt AH&I Society reserves the right to refuse entry to an individual with a ticket that is damaged or defaced, such as a ticket without a fully visible barcode. Tickets obtained through an unauthorized seller will also be rejected. Fraudulent use may be reported to police.
8. Mt Gravatt AH&I Society reserves the right to request Concession or Companion pass owners present photo identification upon entry.
9. Entering the Mt Gravatt Showgrounds is done at own risk. Mt Gravatt AH&I Society accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage to a person or thing.
10. Persons entering the Mt Gravatt Showgrounds waive all rights in relation to any photograph, image, or likeness of them produced whilst attending the Mt Gravatt Show. The Mt Gravatt AH&I Society retains all rights in all images it produces.
11. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited and are not to be brought onto the showgrounds.
12. Mt Gravatt AH&I Society does not permit the use of scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic, except for mobility scooters.
13. Dogs, (except for assistance dogs and dogs entered in competitions) are not permitted on the premises.
14. DO NOT attend if you are unwell, have any flu related symptoms.
15. Agree to always follow the instructions of Mt Gravatt AH&I staff & volunteers.
