Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

Event Conditions

This is an all-weather event — rain, hail, or shine.

Please dress appropriately and plan for varying weather conditions.

Children are welcome, but must remain under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued unless the event is officially cancelled.

In the case of postponement, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.

Refunds for a cancelled event (if applicable) will be issued minus booking, transaction, and merchant processing fees.

Media & Photography Consent

Professional photography and videography will take place throughout the event. By attending, you grant the event organisers, sponsors, and affiliated artists full permission to use any image, video, or audio captured of you at the event for promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes — in perpetuity, across all media formats.

Entry & Safety

All Bags will be checked upon entry. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving inappropriately, intoxicated, or in breach of event rules.

Accessibility

We are committed to making the event inclusive for all attendees. If you have accessibility requirements (e.g., mobility assistance, Auslan interpretation, sensory support), please contact the organisers at least 14 days before the event so we can accommodate your needs.

Drugs & Alcohol

This is a fully licensed venue. Strictly no BYO alcohol is permitted.

The use of illegal substances or engaging in anti-social behaviour will result in immediate removal and referral to authorities.

Line-Up & Programming Changes

The event line-up, stage times, vendors, and programming are subject to change without notice.

Every effort will be made to deliver the published program, but no refunds will be provided for line-up changes or schedule adjustments.

Liability & Risk

Attendees enter the event site at their own risk.

The event organisers accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or personal property.

You are responsible for your own wellbeing and that of any dependents attending with you.
