You can sign in your children from 6:00pm on Friday 29th May at 

Youthworks Conference Centres Port Hacking

The session starts at 7:30pm. Please also note that there is no dinner on Friday night.

Pick up is from 2:00pm on Sunday 31st May.

If you indicated on your registration that your child has dietary requirements, we will send these to our Conference Centre kitchen staff to ensure your child will get the correct food on camp.

Please note that despite the utmost care our catering team are unable to guarantee that our food is 100% free from any allergens like gluten, nuts, etc. 

If you/your child are unable to eat food that is labelled 'may contain traces of...' please contact our office at 

 as soon as possible to determine what catering alternatives we might need to explore.

If you indicated that your child has Anaphylaxis or a Mental Health plan, please send a scan or photo of the plan to 

If your camper has particular accessibility requirements or special needs that our leadership team needs to know about, 

 which provides some most information about camp, including extra detail about arrival/departure and what to bring to help you prepare.

Most other information will come through your group coordinator, but an email with any extra final information will be sent approximately 1-2 weeks before camp.

Youthworks Ministry Support Team, in partnership with a committee of volunteers, plans the whole weekend of age-appropriate Bible teaching and fun activities, freeing church leaders to invest in discipling their kids. Children need to be part of a registered church to attend so please have your church’s children’s ministry coordinator complete the expression of interest form if your church isn't currently registered.

To send you information about future marketing campaigns that we think you may be interested in from IWT or one of our marketing partners.

If you purchase a ticket to a Seller's Event, the Seller may also send you information about their future events or special offers.
