Payment Plan Tickets

This page is for people wanting to buy tickets through a combination of Deposit + Bank Transfer. This is our new payment plan option that is essentially self-managed.

Please note, the listed ticket price for Payment plans is slightly higher than the standard advertised price as the booking fees have been incorporated into the ticket price where they are normally added at the checkout.

Please be aware that there are several steps you must complete to ensure your child(ren) place on camp proceeds smoothly.

Step 1 – Pay the Deposit & Complete all Ticket Info Select and buy your tickets via the button on this page. This reserves your place(s) at camp but the remaining balance needs to be paid 3 weeks before camp.

Step 2 – Pay the Remaining Balance by EFT by 8 October 2026 You can make multiple transfers or pay in one transfer, just make sure it arrives in our bank account by Thursday 8 October 2026.

Step 3 – Include the Correct Reference on your payment Your transfer reference should be the Customer Last Name + SQ1SPR Example: Nguyen SQ1SPR or Smith Sq1SPR

Step 4 – Send Remittance Advice for Every Bank Transfer Please email remittance advice or payment confirmation of every transfer to ministrysupport@youthworks.net.

Youthworks Ministry Support Team, in partnership with a committee of volunteers, plans the whole weekend of age-appropriate Bible teaching and fun activities, freeing church leaders to invest in discipling their kids. Children need to be part of a registered church to attend so please have your church’s children’s ministry coordinator complete the expression of interest form if your church isn't currently registered.
